Review Cycle: Every 3 years

1. General Rule

All payments made to IDNB are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. This includes application fees, membership fees, certification fees, accreditation fees, and any other payments made to IDNB.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Payments remain non-refundable under the following circumstances:

  • Withdrawal of application or voluntary cancellation by the applicant or participant.
  • Failure to attend or complete a program, course, or assessment.
  • Rejection of an application due to non-eligibility, incomplete requirements, or failure to meet IDNB standards.
  • Termination of membership, certification, or accreditation due to disciplinary action, violation of policies, or non-compliance.
  • Technical issues, delays, or rescheduling of programs beyond IDNB's reasonable control.

3. Transferability

Paid amounts are not transferable to other individuals, programs, or future cycles.

4. Acknowledgement

By making any payment to IDNB, applicants, members, and participants acknowledge and accept this non-refundable policy in full.
